Teams organizing cargo pick-ups work to a strict checklist covering variables such as

• documents supplied with goods
• labels and condition of packing
• visual inspection of material
• arrangement of testing, if needed
• photographing goods up to, and including, loading in containers

This check-list must be signed off by the Head of Purchasing in HK before any cargo will be released for shipment.
